Terms of Policy

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Policy govern your access to and use of ImgRemix. By visiting the website, creating an account, purchasing credits or a subscription, or submitting a generation request, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you use ImgRemix for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

ImgRemix provides tools that use a source image, written prompt, selected model, and generation settings to create a new image. The service may also include generation history, welcome credits, paid credits, subscriptions, downloads, and related account features.

AI generation is probabilistic. Model behavior, speed, availability, and output quality vary, and a result may fail, contain artifacts, or differ from your prompt. ImgRemix does not guarantee a specific result, exact identity preservation, uninterrupted availability, or compatibility with every input.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not create accounts through deception, transfer an account without permission, or use multiple accounts to obtain duplicate welcome credits, evade enforcement actions, or avoid payment obligations.

4. Your content and generated output

You retain the rights you hold in images, prompts, and other content you submit. You grant ImgRemix and the service providers needed to operate the product a limited license to host, copy, transmit, process, transform, and display that content for providing, securing, supporting, and improving the service.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases required for every submission. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before using or publishing it and for complying with laws, third-party rights, model-provider terms, and any disclosure requirements that apply to AI-generated or edited media.

Generated output may resemble existing material or output provided to other users. ImgRemix does not promise exclusive ownership, copyright eligibility, universal commercial-use rights, factual accuracy, or freedom from third-party claims.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use ImgRemix to:

• violate law, court orders, sanctions, or the rights of another person;
• infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights;
• create or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or exploitative sexual content;
• impersonate, defraud, harass, threaten, exploit, or facilitate harm to another person;
• create deceptive media for fraud, unlawful political interference, or other materially harmful misrepresentation;
• distribute malware, probe systems, gain unauthorized access, evade safeguards or usage limits, scrape the service, or disrupt its operation;
• reverse engineer protected parts of the service or resell access without written permission; or
• submit content that a reasonable person would understand requires consent or professional review without obtaining it.

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, reject requests, restrict features, suspend accounts, revoke credits obtained through abuse, or report conduct where required by law.

6. Credits, subscriptions, and payment

Generation requires a signed-in account. Costs are shown in credits before a task is submitted and may vary by model, resolution, output count, or other settings. Promotional or welcome credits may be limited to one grant per eligible account and protected by reasonable security and anti-abuse measures.

Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may expire or be limited by the plan or promotion under which they were issued. Subscription plans renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not normally refund the current billing period.

Payment refunds and failed-task credit returns are governed by the Refund Policy. If a payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed, associated credits and benefits may be removed.

We may change pricing, model availability, credit costs, or plan features for future purchases or renewal periods. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

7. ImgRemix intellectual property

ImgRemix, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and service content, is owned by ImgRemix or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of ImgRemix technology or branding.

8. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties for authentication, payment, AI generation, hosting, storage, analytics, email, and other functions. Their services may be governed by separate terms and may change or become unavailable. ImgRemix is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using ImgRemix at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address security, fraud, nonpayment, legal requirements, service risk, or a violation of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—will continue to apply.

10. Availability and service changes

We may add, modify, limit, or discontinue models, features, plans, or integrations. We may also impose reasonable technical limits or temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, security, provider outages, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImgRemix is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or output quality. You assume responsibility for evaluating and using generated content.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImgRemix and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from generated content or third-party services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, the total aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to ImgRemix during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $50 if you made no payment. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms for future use.
