This Privacy Policy explains how ImgRemix collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit the website, create an account, purchase credits or a subscription, upload an image, submit a prompt, generate an image, or contact support.

By using ImgRemix, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: your name, email address, authentication records, profile details, and account preferences.
• Generation information: source images, prompts, selected models and settings, generated results, task status, credit usage, and related technical identifiers.
• Billing information: your plan, order, subscription, transaction references, billing country, and payment status. Payment providers process card or wallet details; ImgRemix does not store complete payment-card numbers.
• Support information: messages, attachments, and other details you provide when requesting help or reporting a problem.
• Technical and usage information: IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device information, timestamps, referring pages, security logs, feature usage, performance data, and standardized error details.
• Cookies and similar technologies: session, security, preference, free-usage-limit, and—when enabled and consented to—analytics information.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and prevent unauthorized access;
• enforce free-generation limits, credit balances, subscriptions, and acceptable-use rules;
• send images, prompts, and settings to the selected AI provider and deliver generated results;
• store generation history and allow you to view, download, or manage results;
• process purchases, renewals, cancellations, credit grants, and eligible refunds;
• maintain, diagnose, measure, and improve service reliability and performance;
• respond to support requests and send service-related communications; and
• comply with law, protect users and the public, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

4. Images, prompts, and generated results

To perform a generation request, ImgRemix may transmit your source image, prompt, selected model, and generation settings to the configured AI model provider. Files may also be stored by our hosting or object-storage providers so that the service can deliver results and maintain your generation history.

AI providers and infrastructure vendors may process data under their own terms and retention practices. Do not upload confidential material, personal data you are not authorized to use, or content you are not comfortable sending to the service providers needed to complete your request.

Deleting a generation or account may not immediately remove information from security logs, backups, billing records, fraud-prevention records, or systems where retention is required by law.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only as needed with:

• authentication, email, customer-support, and security providers;
• payment processors and subscription providers;
• AI model providers that process generation requests;
• hosting, database, storage, monitoring, and analytics providers;
• professional advisers, regulators, courts, or law-enforcement authorities when legally required; and
• a successor organization in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

Each provider receives only the information reasonably necessary for its role and may be subject to its own privacy terms.

6. Cookies and local storage

Essential cookies and similar storage support sign-in sessions, account security, and preferences. Optional analytics technologies are used only when configured and, where required, after consent. You can control cookies through your browser, but blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of ImgRemix from working.

7. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain generation history, administer credits and subscriptions, satisfy accounting and legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and prevent fraud or abuse. Retention periods vary by data type and provider. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information that no longer reasonably identifies you.

8. Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, server-side credential handling, and other safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for protecting your account credentials.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information. You may update account details from Settings and cancel a subscription through the available billing controls.

To make another request, submit a support ticket using the contact method available on the ImgRemix website. We may need to verify your identity, and legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping exceptions may apply.

10. International processing

ImgRemix and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate measures for international transfers, but privacy laws may differ between jurisdictions.

11. Children's privacy

ImgRemix is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies to future use.
